We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including:

Revenue or profits

Lead volume or conversion rates

Search rankings

Review quantity or ratings

Results depend on factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and lawful information

Use services in compliance with all applicable laws

Obtain proper consent for SMS, email, and other communications

Not misuse automation, messaging, or review systems

You are solely responsible for how you use the services.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS communications:

Messages are primarily transactional

Message frequency varies

Message and data rates may apply

Reply STOP to opt out at any time

Reply HELP for assistance

Message delivery is subject to carrier availability. We are not responsible for delays or failures.

6. Payments & Billing

Payments may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

All fees are due as specified

Payments are non-refundable once work has begun

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all custom work created for you becomes your property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We retain the right to display non-confidential work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DymanSystems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

You may stop using our services at any time, subject to outstanding payment obligations.

10. Changes to These Terms

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
